These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Chronos website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Chronos (“Chronos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of the Services

Chronos provides tools intended to help users manage job application information and assist with job applications, including features such as storing a profile, generating or organizing application materials, and automating certain actions at your direction, which may include autofilling forms and submitting applications (the “Automation Features”).

Chronos is not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, or placement service. We do not offer employment or guarantee any outcome.

3. Important Disclosures About Automation

You acknowledge and agree that:

1. Chronos acts based on information you provide and instructions you give.
2. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, complete, current, and appropriate for submission.
3. Employers and job platforms may change their application processes at any time; Automation Features may fail, be incomplete, or behave unpredictably due to factors outside our control.
4. Chronos does not guarantee that applications will be submitted successfully, received, reviewed, responded to, or result in interviews or offers.
5. Chronos is not responsible for employer decisions, communications, or any actions taken by employers or job platforms.

4. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features, you may need an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and keep it updated
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

5. User Content and Application Data

“User Content” includes any information, materials, or data you submit or provide through the Services, such as resumes, employment history, education history, cover letters, contact details, and related professional information.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have all necessary rights to provide User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights
• Your User Content is truthful and not misleading

You acknowledge that your User Content may be sensitive and that you provide it at your own risk.

6. License to Use User Content

You grant Chronos a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your User Content solely to:

• Provide and operate the Services
• Perform Automation Features at your direction
• Maintain, secure, and improve the Services

We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to (and not to allow anyone else to):

• Use the Services in violation of any law or regulation
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information to employers
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or qualifications
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or underlying systems
• Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Use the Services to scrape, crawl, or harvest data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, including introducing malware
• Use the Services in a manner that violates the terms of any third-party website or platform you interact with

We may investigate and take legal action for violations.

8. Third-Party Services, Employers, and Job Platforms

The Services may interact with third-party websites, platforms, or services. Chronos does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, or actions.

Your interactions with employers and third-party platforms are solely between you and them.

9. Fees, Subscriptions, and Payments

Certain features may require payment. If you purchase a subscription:

• Prices and billing terms will be presented at purchase
• You authorize charges as described
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

No refunds are provided except where required by law.

10. Beta Features and Early Access

Beta Features may be unstable and are provided “as is”.

11. Intellectual Property

Chronos and its licensors own all rights in and to the Services and related intellectual property.

12. Availability, Changes, and Discontinuation

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
